Copper Nickel
Our copper nickel powder is ideal for applications that require a corrosion resistant copper. This powder is produced using the same centrifugal atomization process as all our powders; this give highly spherical, tightly controlled particle morphologies ideal for 3D printing.
Due to its excellent corrosion resistance this alloy is ideally suited for marine, energy and ship building applications.
Copper Chromium Zirconium
Copper Chromium Zirconium is an alloy that is used when the application requires a balance of strength and thermal/electrical conductivity.
Applications include induction coils, heat exchangers, electrical components and engine parts that require high thermal conductivity.
SERVICES
Custom Metal Powder
In addition to our production alloys, we offer custom powder development and toll/small-batch powder production runs for University, R&D, or other needs. We have no minimums on powder volume or project scope. Our modular technology and efficiency allow us to produce these custom powders in a fraction of typical leads times from other testing houses.
